Rap Sheet is a weekly program aired around 7:30 a.m. Wednesdays on KLKC 106.7 FM and 1540 AM featuring information presented by Parsons Police Chief Robert Spinks and Sergeant Jason Ludwig regarding a variety of safety issues within the community. The program started airing in 2018. In 2020, Chief Spinks was recognized by the Kansas Association of Broadcasters with a second place award for a commentary related to the George Floyd incident.
